Retail Feasibility in Existing Hospitals

As part of a multi-million pound scheme to regenerate the internal spaces of the Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead, London, a Feasibility Study was undertaken. It was intended to identify and analyse the potential of a retail facility within the Hopsital. Hampstead, London.

The main concepts driving the potential designs forward were to uplift the patient experience, provide new meeting spaces + help normalise the clinical environment. At the same time the retail concourse had to be cost effective generating a new source of significant income for the hospital.

Various options were investigated and suggested with visualisations produced to give a flavour of what could be.
