Once we found Johnson Design we didn’t consider looking anywhere else. They offer such a professional and comprehensive service which made the whole process of extending our house totally hassle and stress free. We had some brilliant designs which were exactly what we wanted and from there they helped us with all the small and big details and to find the right builders for us. They were on hand at any time to answer questions and queries for us and to communicate with the building company on our behalf. Their advice at every step was so helpful. Our double storey extension is now finished and we couldn’t be more happy with it.

We would highly recommend this team without reservation.

I have known Vic Johnson over several years during which time he has carried out several successful college projects with his company Johnson Design Partnership. Last year the company was short listed for a major design guide project for the Learning and Skills Council itself. Johnson Designs dedication, efficiency and track record make them ideally suited for a range of College projects and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for such schemes.

I thoroughly enjoyed working through the design process with Johnson Design Partnership. They explained what was required each step of the way and achieved Planning Permission for my Paragraph 79 / House, first time! (Resolution to grant consent).

I would always recommend Johnson Design Partnership to anyone looking to create an Architecturally exciting project or indeed another successful paragraph 80 house.

I have now been living for two years in a house designed by Johnson Partnership. Matt Spinks and his team were our main contacts and we were delighted in the way they handled and developed our brief. The test of course is whether the house works as a home in winter and summer. This Johnson design passes the test with flying colours: the house meets all of our requirements for a comfortable, warm, airy and modern home.

Thanks for all your support with the process. I am so glad I went with you for the design and project management, it’s been complicated with the house being listed and the location etc. I have felt confident throughout the process, thanks to your service. I am very pleased with my much improved home and I know it would have been I very challenging and stressful process without your help.

Excellent service. My home is a grade 2 listed building on a busy street, Matt was fantastic at managing the challenges this brought. He was on hand providing support, advice and guidance only an email or call away throughout the process.

We love this house and it is a testament to your skills that it works so well for us. I am hoping that you will be able to help us again when (if) we succeed in buying the run down (and badly designed) bungalow we want – I will be in touch soon, I hope

As well as our thanks, we would like to add our congratulations on steering our application to approval first time – with no hitches or refusals! This success, we feel, must be a result of your skill, expertise and carefully timed discussions and consultations throughout the planning process. – We have no hesitation in recommending your work.
