"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I worked closely with Johnson Design Partnership (JDP) on a number of complex and sensitive projects…within live acute hospital environments. JDP consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of the requirements inherent in such projects. Their approach combined robust technical capability with a clear appreciation of the constraints associated with delivering refurbishment works within occupied healthcare settings.
"
Throughout these commissions, JDP undertook substantial analytical, feasibility and optioneering work, applying their technical expertise and strategic insight to support major ward and hospital remodelling and refurbishment programmes. Their work was well structured, evidence-based and clearly presented, enabling informed decision-making at both project and programme level.
JDP worked collaboratively with Trust teams, clinicians and external stakeholders, responding constructively to challenge and demonstrating flexibility where operational requirements evolved. Their outputs were consistently of a high quality and aligned with Trust objectives, design standards and affordability constraints.Imperial College Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We looked at a couple of different Architect Practices whilst deciding on which to use for our house renovation, and immediately warmed to the team at Johnson Design Partnership Ltd. They were smart, professional, and following a visit to the property issued us with a comprehensive plan… We were both very impressed at the understanding and the detail that had gone in to finding out exactly what we wanted… Johnson Design Partnership handled the tender process with the Building contractors and again we were very happy with the choice that we made…. There was nothing left to chance and the whole team were a pleasure to work with… We really are very pleased with how the house was transformed throughout the five months that the builders were deconstructing it and then reconstructing it, and the end results are amazing, we love our home, and would and have recommended Johnson Design Partnership to friends and family alike

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We love this house and it is a testament to your skills that it works so well for us. I am hoping that you will be able to help us again when (if) we succeed in buying the run down (and badly designed) bungalow we want – I will be in touch soon, I hope

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had plans done ready to go in case we got funding for my Gp surgery extension/ refurb from NHSE. This came very last minute with stipulations to use it before the end of the financial year. Johnson Design got all the necessary people in place and finalised quotes and palms in a very short timeframe and ensured that all conformed to NHS standards so that all went very smoothly. This involved ensuring that we could work at the site in portacabins.
The patients love our new building and the work thankfully enabled us to function very successfully through Covid.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I have been involved with Johnson Design Partnership for some time now and my project with them began in March. I have been so impressed, in particular, with architect Matt Spinks, with his/their attention to detail, their inspiring ideas, and their attitude that nothing is ever too much trouble. They deal with things both promptly and efficiently and both myself and my daughter whose property it will be, and also to reside in, are so excited about the finished result.Cannot recommend this amazing company enough. Creating a new build like this, originally stables, can be a stressful time but this most professional company have succeeded in making it less so, Matt is always on the end of the phone or in person when needed. Thank you Johnson Design Partnership!!

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Our project was not the biggest in the whole grand scheme of things but Vic approached the design brief with enthusiasm and Matt guided us through the process, as project manager with patience and good advice. We were pleased that Johnsons Design Partnership are prepared to work on smaller projects as well as the bigger more flamboyant ones. We are really happy with the finished result.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Once we found Johnson Design we didn’t consider looking anywhere else. They offer such a professional and comprehensive service which made the whole process of extending our house totally hassle and stress free. We had some brilliant designs which were exactly what we wanted and from there they helped us with all the small and big details and to find the right builders for us. They were on hand at any time to answer questions and queries for us and to communicate with the building company on our behalf. Their advice at every step was so helpful. Our double storey extension is now finished and we couldn’t be more happy with it.
We would highly recommend this team without reservation.
