"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Johnson Design Partnership consistently delivered a series of high-quality and successful strategic feasibility studies, development options appraisals, and major ward refurbishment projects for the Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead. Throughout these commissions, JDP demonstrated effective project analysis, a strong understanding of the clinical environment, operational constraints of live hospital settings, and the rigorous governance, programme, and stakeholder engagement requirements associated with acute healthcare estates. I am pleased to confirm that, in my role as Director of Capital Projects for the Essentia Group, I have also been impressed by Johnson Design Partnership Ltd’s (JDP) service delivery on a major ward refurbishment and ward improvement works scheme. The project involved re-design, refurbishment, and upgrade of general adult ward, delivered in response to winter pressures, with schemes designed to allow subsequent conversion to paediatric facilities. Across all projects, JDP proved to be a reliable and proactive consultant, providing clear leadership, well coordinated multi-disciplinary design input, and pragmatic, deliverable solutions aligned with both clinical needs and capital cost constraints.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We have used Johnson Design several times and have always found them so helpful, efficient and professional. We are presently using them for a complex multi-building design and Vic has brought such vision and interest to our options. Our views are always taken seriously (something a previous architect we had dealt with didn’t do) making you feel very involved in all designs and decisions.
"
We would highly recommend this company regardless of how big or small your design is.Alison York
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I have known Vic Johnson over several years during which time he has carried out several successful college projects with his company Johnson Design Partnership. Last year the company was short listed for a major design guide project for the Learning and Skills Council itself. Johnson Designs dedication, efficiency and track record make them ideally suited for a range of College projects and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for such schemes.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“We have just finished an extension to our kitchen and dealt with Matt at JDP from the beginning to the end of the project. He was very professional throughout and I would recommend anyone to use JDP for their build project.”

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I worked closely with Johnson Design Partnership (JDP) on a number of complex and sensitive projects…within live acute hospital environments. JDP consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of the requirements inherent in such projects. Their approach combined robust technical capability with a clear appreciation of the constraints associated with delivering refurbishment works within occupied healthcare settings.
"
Throughout these commissions, JDP undertook substantial analytical, feasibility and optioneering work, applying their technical expertise and strategic insight to support major ward and hospital remodelling and refurbishment programmes. Their work was well structured, evidence-based and clearly presented, enabling informed decision-making at both project and programme level.
JDP worked collaboratively with Trust teams, clinicians and external stakeholders, responding constructively to challenge and demonstrating flexibility where operational requirements evolved. Their outputs were consistently of a high quality and aligned with Trust objectives, design standards and affordability constraints.Imperial College Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Thanks for all your support with the process. I am so glad I went with you for the design and project management, it’s been complicated with the house being listed and the location etc. I have felt confident throughout the process, thanks to your service. I am very pleased with my much improved home and I know it would have been I very challenging and stressful process without your help.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We would recommend Johnson Design for those wanting to extend their home. They came up with an original concept and layout, moving the stairs was something we’d not even considered but it works really well. They then worked with us to accommodate our ideas, making the design collaborative. They talked us through the various stages of the process and explained everything, also because they handled everything it meant we didn’t need to get involved with the complexities of the planning process.
