We successfully achieved planning permission to refurbish this significant Grade 2* listed house.

We successfully achieved planning permission to refurbish this significant Grade 2* listed house. We worked closely with Historic England and the local planning authority to achieve consent.

Furthermore, permission was granted to divide this sizeable property in to seven carefully proportioned smaller dwellings. The appropriate facilities such as parking areas, access, storage, communal gardens etc were also developed to compliment the scheme.
