The existing Tolworth Hospital site occupies an area of 3.3 hectares, and has been developed incrementally over time in response to needs. As a result, it is lacking in a cohesive clear structure, rationale or strategy.

The output is a masterplan which optimises the use of the site for the mental health Trust and exploits any potential commercial opportunities.
